Sales Support Engineer

General Summary

This position is a technical,consultative sales support role.


Key Responsibilities

- Work effectively as part of a highly matrixed team of OEM Sales, OTT Sales, BD & Marketing and Product Manager.

- Lead technical workshops & discovery sessions to present and position the broader vision and value of RealNetworks portfolio to 聽customers.

- Analyze competitions, identify gaps and opportunities, and track marketshares, and build strong competitive strategies and winning positions.

- Hands on job with demo system design and implementation, content encoding. Run through the demo script and deliver all the value 聽propositions and high lights to audience. 聽


Requirements

- 8+ years or overall business experience, 3+ years in presales/sales-support function

- A combination of strong analytic and communication skills with an understanding of product management and marketing techniques

- Enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and 聽find innovative solutions for the broader market

- Experience with device media software development (Android, iOS) is big plus.


Base and travel

- Travelling takes 50% percent of entire worktime.










Business Partner(Recruitment orientated)


ESSENTIALDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with HRD to develop and implement HR plans and solutions

in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.

- In charge of all talent acquisition responsibilities, including but not

limited to meet all recruiting needs within tight timeline and with fit

candidates,preferably via direct sourcing; build, maintain and expand

recruiting channels;continue to build talent pool/ongoing pipelines;

design and run talent acquisition programs in order to accelerate

and improve hiring effectiveness.

- To ensure integrity of the company throughout the recruitment

process by providing exceptional customer service and responsiveness

to internal clients and candidates whilst applying new and innovative

ways of recruiting in China.

- Run talent development programs, such as new hire on onboarding

program, succession program and etc.

- Organize and manage a recruitment database by uploading and

sorting 聽applications, data entry and tidying up duplicate entries.

- Drive and execute key corporate initiatives in line with company

objectives.Executive annual Graduate Trainee Program and Campus

Talk

- Prepare letters of offer, employment contracts and commission / bonus

schemes for local staff at all job grades; inform payroll; brief staff on

contract terms.

- Prepare renewal of employment contracts as required.

- Prepare Change of Employment Terms & Conditions letters for local staff at all job grades; inform payroll of salary and benefits changes;

update master list with new details.

- Prepare organization charts on a regular basis.

- Assistin the delivery of Month One Orientation sessions and other

training sessionsas required;

- Be familiar with and comply with all HR Company policies as set out in

the Policy & Procedures Manual and Employee Handbook; assist staff

in understanding and complying with Company policies.

- Be familiar with local or regional legislation and government

requirements -suchas employment contract law, labor relations laws,

health and safety requirements, statutory procedures and benefits, and

assist with compliance across the business.

- Respond to all staff queries in a timely and professional manner,

referring to in-house experts where required.

- Undertake other duties and tasks as your manager may reasonably

direct from time to time.



REQUIREMENTS

- University degree in Human Resources or related discipline.

- A minimum of 3 years鈥 experience of recruitment working in a

multinational or BAT company, with high Tech or Internet industry

preferred.

- Be able to meet all types of business staffing demand (ranging from

Sales to R&D engineers) within tight timelineand limited resources.

- Client-oriented with a high degree of integrity, discretion and customer

focus.

- Well organized with strong administration and logistical skills.

attention to detailand flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; as well as communication

andpresentation skills.

- Demonstrated teamwork and influencing ability.

- Ability to plan and organize own activities to deliver required work in a

timely, accurateand efficient manner.

- Updated knowledge of employment legislation, local and regional

policies and regulatory requirements.

- Proficient in Microsoft packages particularlyWord, Excel and PPT.
